The bird is nicely framed between the neem leaves, the catch-light is nice. These are so friendly in Ranthambhore, I remember taking a close shot at 85mm with a wide angle lens.

I think the focus is slightly off. It is critical to get the focus bang on target, especially when the image is going to be cropped or printed big. These birds often become friendly and can come and perch close to you. In Ranthambhore, they even perch on the hands of people as they are used to being fed. Ofcourse, I won't advocate feeding them.
