It is a Male Greater Flameback Woodpecker (Chrysocolaptes Lucidus).It has a scarlet rump and a black tail.I think it is NOT a Black-Rumped Flameback Woodpecker (Dinopium Benghalense). Correct me if I am Wrong. Thanks for sharing. SaktiWild
