Honestly my knowledge of post processing is very limited.............by design....lest I may be tempted to indulge in PP. However I shall use RAW henceforth. :-)

In this image, the eye contact is better. Our best images hardly need any post processing. Just slight change in contrast, levels etc will be fine for good images. Shooting in raw helps in preserving the details better, as it is like a digital negative. Thanks for sharing.
