The reflection of the sunlight in the water looks nice. Seems there is a slight tilt, you can correct that. Getting the sun a bit lower on the horizon would have added more colours and enhanced the composition further. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Mrudul.. I also wanted sun at the horizon but problem was i took this image and then within few minutes it started raining..and hence i couldn take any sunset pic..

Not always we get the desired scene. However, it is important to keep it in mind, so that when you see a situation you can recognise and understand the potential.
The challenge in this image is the photographers position. The Sun is bang at the centre. The smoke is coming from the extreme left corner. There ought to be more balance in the image. You should have moved more to the left. Cropping a bit from the bottom may strengthen the image.
