    Default White Capped Water Redstart/Sattal

I shot this quite early in the morning at Sattal in Uttaranchal, to me it is the first time I saw this bird.

Nice. Clean BG and good eye contact... the white cape is slightly visble here.

I went to Nainital when I had finished college around 15 years back, trip to all the tals were norm then and I suppose even now. Didnt have a good camera then only a p&s. Nice to know that birds have survived the commercialization of the place.

The colors look lovely and the background is very pleasing. Wish its claws were visible. Thanks for sharing.

Nice beautiful bird. I am wondering since it is a crop, why the rock is blurred. Thanks for sharing.
