looks like immature Yellow Wagtail (Motacilla flava).

The low angle adds to the image. The first image looks better than the second. Maybe increasing the brightness in the second image would be good. Thanks for sharing.

Wag tail for sure...
In the field, the way it "wags" its tail has given rise to its name. Agree with the id given by Roopak. It needs a bit more brightness.
