Hi Dinesh,
Shifted this from mammals to birds. Where was this image created?
I would like some space all around the birds as they are too tight in the frame. If this is a crop, then you can crop less.
What was the shutter speed? and what was the ISO?
Both the birds are in different distances from the camera and hence require lot of depth of field to cover them up. It is best when both of them are flying parallel to your image plane.

You got a nice flying pattern. The frame is very tight, some more space in the direction of their flight would have been nice. Where did you take this photograph?

I agree about the space. There also seems to be some graininess, which can be seen prominently under the wings. However, I think like the capture is great.
As mentioned by the others, please do post the necessary details.
