Sambhar deer we encountered on a very misty/fogged morning of Dec 08 in zone 4 of Ranthambhore NP. I converted it to B&W and liked it. All c&c are welcome.

Hi Kartik,
Good job on the conversion. The stag stands out nicely. Have you intentionally lightened the BG and FG?

Apana,
Glad you like the picture. The BG & FG are light/slightly over exposed as I was trying to capture the details in the deer.

Kartikeya,
I like this image. You can work on the levels to reduce the highlights. Add some fill light and also lower the blacks a little bit. Overall, a nice image.

Hi,
Thats a different composition. I liked the B/W feel. I think the FG and BG are a bit overexposed and have lost details, if you can recover it, they will enhance the image further. Do post the image after the processing, curious to see it .
look forward to more..

The B/W makes the sambar stand out. I like the image.. keep posting...
As suggested, I have reworked on this image in lightroom. Made some curve adjustments and changes in the yellow and blue channel.
Cheers,
Kartik
