Default Sarus and Openbill foraging - Thol

It was a treat to observe the Sarus and the Openbill foraging together in Thol 2 weeks back.

Nice to see these 2 species in the same frame. Wish the light was better. How many sarus cranes were sighted there? Thanks for sharing.

Nice composition. Nice moment- the Openbill closely observing the larger Sarus. Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild

At one point of time the Sarus cranes were as common as the Openbill storks. The tree in the background doesn't help, as it is directly behind the Sarus. An alternate position to shoot this may have been better. The image would have looked better without the background blur. Thanks for sharing.
